Welcome to The Arc (https://the-arc.co). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to comply, we suggest:
(a) to delete your account if you have any and,
(b) do not participate in any sort of action on this platform.

The Arc provides an online booking platform that connects clients with with any artists who practise grooming services at their desired locations. Clients can schedule appointments with grooming practitioners through our website.

• Grooming Practitioners: They must sign in using their Google account or login credentials provided by The Arc.
• Clients: At present, clients do not need an account to book appointments. They will have to provide their name, phone number, and email at checkout which will not be publicly displayed by the platform.
• The Arc reserves the right to alter any account requirements with a notice of 48 hours. However if the account is considered as a threat to the security aspects of the platform, The Arc is in capacity to exercise its rights to deal with the situation at any time and by any means it is deemed reasonable.

• Clients using the platform will be required to complete payment through a third-party payment provider.
• The Arc does not process or store payment transaction details directly. All payments are securely handled by the payment service provider and your respective trusted banks.
• By making a booking, clients agree to pay the applicable service fees as set by the grooming practitioners and the additional fees set out by the payment service provider.
• Any grooming practitioners that wishes to use The Arc, will be agreeing to paying fees and if applicable commissions to the company in charge namely Avenloris ltd.

• Once booking is completed, the respective client will receive a confirmation ticket with all appointment details through either
  (a) SMS messages
  (b) Email
  (c) WhatsApp messages
• The confirmation ticket will include a rescheduling option and cancellation option.
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment free of charge, provided the salon has availability.

• The Arc is a facilitator only and is not responsible for the performance, availability, or quality of services provided by the grooming practitioners.
• We are not responsible for the damage caused to clients by grooming practitioner in terms of:
  (a) emotional
  (b) physical
  (c) mental.
• Furthermore, We make no guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the website's security or functionality.

All content on the-arc.co, including logos, branding, text, and design, is owned by Avenloris Ltd and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute this content without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenloris Ltd and The Arc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the website or services booked through it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
